The Foundation is thrilled to announce that after patiently waiting - Mrs. Guest's digital classroom has finally been installed!The Foundation also purchased a new computer for her to operate all of her fabulous new classroom equipment - as hers' was dated and too slow!The digital classroom provides the students an integrated approach to learning with the latest technology.The Foundation plans to evaluate the effectiveness and receive feedback from the 5th grade teachers on ease, benefits and any concerns before proceeding with installing them in the 4th grade classrooms, as it is a substantial investment.
We are still waiting on the district to install the concrete curbing around the track.They were prepared to begin before the Jog-a-thon and with our planned event we were concerned about construction not being completed in time.It was agreed that the safety of the children would come first - and so we are still awaiting installation!More to come soon ..
